SLU Funniest Home Video
No doubt, this one should be in the list, maybe not so funny but the great new phyton dance should be promoted.
No comment on this one, just have no idea till now what this girl was doing. Another question I have, did she bring her eyes out that day?
Broken CD?? Please turn on speaker while watching this clip. I first thought the cam has problem or my media player gets virus. Again, this clip is not editted or added in any remix thingy. He says it 4 times!
See the poor guy can only shake his head, another good example of disagree but commit.
This clip must be promoted, I am not sure about the name of the performance. Is it a dance? I personnally saw someone can do as well, left right left right like marching some more, but too bad, not recorded.
Models of the year! I am not sure the girl is slower or the guy is too fast. See when she puts her hand on his shoulder.
This is the Malaysia version of Brokeback Mountain, taken in Villa Dxxlia of Cameron Highlands.
And finally, BONUS! This is not a clip. But I think is equally nice and popular as the clips above. The purpose/function of the T shirt still remain mystery and discussed until today.
Seriously, guys, when is the next trip for the next SLU Funniest Home Video?

Recommending P.Payar
Let's start with a little bit intro about Payar. Payar is in between Langkawi and Penang. It's a marine park which means it's protected by Malaysia law. Well, marina park is just a name, luckily Payar has a dedicated officer there who really care about the park. Therefore, you get a marine park that really live up to the name.
So why Payar. First, it's the nearest place to Penang where you can see not-so-polluted water. On average the visibility is good enough for you to see the bottom of the sea from the platform. It takes about 2 hours ferry ride from Penang Port to Payar and the crews are very friendly and helpful.
Secondly, fishes, there are a lot of fishes there, and a lot types of fishes too. Although the visibility is not as good as those islands off east coast of peninsular, but when it comes to fishes, Payar beats them all.
Thirdly, it's pretty free and easy, with buffet lunch provided. You just need to bring along your swimming attires or diving equipments. Apart from wet suit, all other diving equipment can be rent from there. For snorkeling, life jacket and mask/snorkel/fins are provided.
Now talk about the weak points. 2 hours journey to Payar means you have to spend 4 hours to and fro, it's not a short trip and definately a killing point for people with seasickness. Bathroom is not enough, only 4 bathroom on the platform and you have to Q for your turn when it's about time to go back (note: shampoo/soap are not allowed there). The foods are not so tasty as well, but since that's the only option I have there, I didn't complain much. :P
For me, it's a nice place to go for a one day trip. But not too often... :P

坊太与你: Chilled Oreo Cheesecake
Filling:
100g sugar
8 egg yolks
500g cream cheese
22g gelatine powder dissolved with 100ml of hot water
300ml whipped cream
50g cooking chocolate
1 packet of Oreo sandwiches
Yield: A 9" cake that feeds 12 stomachs
Method:
For crust:
1. Blend the whole Oreo in a food processor until it assembles fine crumbs. If you don't have a food processor, simply place the cookies into a large clean plastic bag, seal it up and crush them by rolling a pin over the bag.
2. In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter until all the crumbs take on a wet appearance.
3. Press the mixture into a 9" round springform tin. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 mins until the base is firm.
For filling:
1. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar lightly over a pot of simmering water. Make sure that the base of mixing bowl doesn't touch on the water. Whisk until the texture becomes thick and lighter in colour.
2. Beat cream cheese on low until smooth and creamy. Pour in the melted gelatine mixture and mix evenly with a spatula.
3. Pour the whisked egg yolk into the cream cheese mixture gradually and mix till evenly combined.
4. Fold in whipped cream.
5. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture onto the prepared base, lay oreo cookies on top of the filling and pour the remaining mixture on top.
6. Mix 2 tbsp of cream cheese mixture with melted chocolate and spoon it on top of the cheesecake. Use a skewer to swirl it into marble effect.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Normally the price of a cake will skyrocket when it's tagged with a "cheese" word. Try this homemade cheesecake that doesn't need an oven, which you probably need to spend only half of the money that you spend on any store-bought cheesecake.
